The Mills Family, Cuningar Loop, Glasgow

I love going to places I've never been before and Cuningar Loop was one of those places. An amazing space to get lost in with plenty of places to take some lovely family photos. I'd photographed Fiona and Jonathan's wedding around six years ago and also caught up with their son Charlie when he was nearly two years old. It was my first time meeting Gabby and both her and Charlie were amazing to photograph. Lots of smiles and complete posers!

Here is a small selection to show you what we got up to.

Glasgow Engagement Session: The Barrowlands

The very best thing about an engagement session is walking around, looking, seeing, discovering... Laura and Dave love The Barrowlands as they've been to loads of gigs there. So what better place than to photograph them in their favourite place.

Watch a slideshow of their entire engagement session below including lots more images.

Scotland Wedding, Glasgow Botanic Gardens

Christine and Ryan were one of my shyest couples this year but have proved just how important it was to have an engagement shoot prior to their wedding. They were absolutely adorable on their wedding day and very relaxed meaning they enjoyed the time we had together. And Glasgow Botanic Gardens didn't disappoint. In what was supposed to be a day full of heavy rain, somehow we managed a mostly dry day with amazing light. Lots of greens and oranges in this wedding with Christine and Ryan in and amongst it all.

Here is a lovely sneak peek from their wedding day for you all to enjoy.

Scotland Wedding, St Andrews in the Square, Glasgow

After a week of gale force winds and torrential rain, Saturday's weather with its blue skies and sunshine was very welcome. Lynsey and Colin were married at the stunning St Andrews in the Square, a perfect location for a wee walkabout in the afternoon too around the streets of Merchant City in Glasgow.

They both kept telling me how much better they felt about being photographed on their wedding day, which was just lovely to hear. They were so relaxed and the whole day was just lovely, amazing to be a part of it.

So without further ado, here is a small sneak peek from throughout the day for you all to enjoy.

Scotland Wedding: Abode Hotel & National Piping Centre, Glasgow

As weddings go, this was quite possibly the wettest one I've ever experienced. But that didn't dampen spirits. With a 'let's get out there' attitude, I hit the streets of the Merchant City in Glasgow with Christine and Pally armed only with a couple of umbrellas and some sheer determination!

Glasgow is such an urban oasis with so many exciting parts to it, I could literally spend an entire week taking photos there. And what better way to start this wedding than at Abode Glasgow with its ceramic tiles and old fashioned lift, it was like stepping into the 50s, what an amazing space with stunning light, perfect for hair and make up to transform Christine into a bride. Linda from Linda Arbuckle MUA and Annette from Frizz Free Hair did a fantastic job. Christine brought her monkeys all the way from Canada to guard the rings, safe to say they did a good job too. And the talented Amanda from The Floral Design Boutique created Christine's colourful bouquet.

Time to let the pictures speak for themselves, here is a sneak peek for you all to enjoy!
